Risotto Alla Fresca (adapted from the “joy of Cooking”) 1 box prepared risotto 1 whole onion Mushrooms 1 cucumber Good olive oil Fill a pot with water. Check risotto box for recommended amount. Add onion—sliced. Add cucumber—sliced. Add mushrooms. Dash of good olive oil. Flash boil on HIGH with lid for count of 10. Feast.
